It's been a week and I'm back. This is gonna be my one and only post this week so I'll try and make it count. All six groups had to present their ideas for the 3rd Age Council event and most if not all of the groups seem to have had good ideas. Due to the fact of possible disputes, I won't go into detail.

Team Joker proposed a carnival at Bedok Reservoir and I think our presentation went pretty well. We had to skip the first few slides cos' all the groups basically had the same info such as the problems and blah blah blah. But I still think it would have been relevant. Anyway, I think we brought our idea forward almost crystal clear even though Amanda pointed out some problems we might encounter such as the senior citizens not being able to play soccer. Our slides seemed to be quite detailed and I'm glad Amanda commented well on that because I was afraid it would have been too much.

So I guess that's it for the 3rd Age Council Exercise. Right now, our next exercise is the individual presentation to show our ideas for the 7 - 9 min video/animatic/dunno what. (There's gonna be a lecture to settle the issue about what we can do for the 7 - 9 min cos' so far everyone's confused)

Amanda gave us a guide to follow for our proposal and after last week's consultation I really got to work on my idea. Initially, I had 2 ideas, as required, but one sounded like a last minute idea so... scrap that. The other idea I have is that of a "MTV Cribs" style video.

So as you can see, It's gonna be sort of a tour around the relevant areas of the modules I'm choosing. I guess I'm gonna work on it a little more and hopefully I can perfect it or at least make it better and also come up with another solid idea. And... I hope my group mates are working hard as well. Good job on the presentation (:
