oh well.
we have our brief for MOI project one today in the LT.
back to our own class after that.
all about ground rules, blog and exercise one.
got into our own group by drawing lots.

EXERCISE ONE!
research on 3rd Age Council.
-A survey on senior citizens did by the Council by at 2005 was found

- A soft copy of Jubilee magazine was found.

(it is a magazine on senior citizens.)

- A research on the 3rd Age Council website stated,

-> Some of the ways by which seniors can achieve active ageing include:

-> Enhancing physical well-being
-> Widening social networks
-> Remaining economically independent
-> Staying mentally and emotionally healthy

There will be a event coming up, Ten Cent Sinema.

Ten Cent Sinema is an initiative under

the Panasonic-Sinema Mobile programme to help promote

the concept of active ageing amongst our greying population.

On top of screening films,

Ten Cent Sinema will also have an interactive twist

that encourages the seniors to improve their physical wellness:

A one-hour gaming session prior to each screening.

Ten Cent Sinema is a complimentary service for the seniors

to participate in with their friends and family members.

It seeks to provide fun-filled evenings for the seniors

to relive the days of open-air cinema and offer good

opportunities for families to spend time and play together!

i personally feels that it is a very good event.

it can engage both youngster and senior citizens.

a good way for them to bond and enjoy themself.

both can learn from each other at the same time.

a poster of the event.

they made a chinese one for senior citizens too.

more details of the research will be present in class.
